5 Must Have Menu Items at Your Spring Event

At Chef du Jour Catering, we are definitely excited that spring is finally here. For one thing, we have beautiful weather this time of year, making it a perfect season for events and special occasions. We also have three major holidays that occur in the spring: Easter, Passover, and Mother’s Day.

And of course, the spring food choices provide event planners with abundant inspiration for planning creative and seasonal menu items.

In Oregon, we have the following fresh produce that is in season or almost in season. Each of these ingredients will taste great in your spring recipes:
